Conditions of Sale and Refunds ("Terms")

Sales Policies


When you explore, rate and purchase our products on the Gebher Store or on the phone with the Gebher Contact Center, we want to offer you a rewarding experience. The Gebher Store and the Contact Center are managed by Gebher, established in Italy with registered office at Cirò Marina, Via Amalfi 7 (KR) 88811 - Calabria, IT and registered in the Business Register.

To make everything easier, we will refer to the Gebher Online Store and the Gebher Contact Center using the name “Gebher Store”, while for Antonino Carluccio's Technical Engineering Studio. we will use the words "Gebher" or "we". You can contact Gebher by post at the address indicated above, by calling + (39) 351 992 2950 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00, or by sending an email to info@gebher.com.

As with any purchase, terms and conditions are also provided for transactions made on the Gebher Store. If you purchase a product on the Store, these Terms apply to the sales contract entered into between you and Gebher. If, on the other hand, you have chosen to collect a product at Gebher using the withdrawal at the Gebher Store. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply. To place orders on the Gebher Store you must be at least 18 years old.

Standard Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or terminate a service contract for any reason. To return a product purchased at the Gebher Store or withdraw from a service contract, you must notify us of your intention within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person indicated by you, physically took possession of the product or products, or from the date of stipulation of the service contract. If you have ordered multiple products in the same order, you must notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person indicated by you, physically took possession of the last product contained in the order. After informing us of your intention to return the product, you have 14 days to return it, complete with receipt, original packaging and accessories supplied. Once we collect the product or, in case you decide to send the product by courier, as soon as we receive the product or a proof of postage, you will receive a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days. If you pay by Gift Card and Credit Card in the same operation, any returned product will be refunded first on the amount paid with the Gift Card, and then on the amount paid with the Credit Card. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Purchased items must be returned intact, unused or damaged.

It is not possible to return the items listed below, except in the event of defects or non-conformities:

  • Electronic software downloads in the event that the download has begun with your explicit consent and acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal;
  • Digital products such as Gebher Themes and software available in the Online Store, including ancillary services to such digital products such as Express Checkout;
  • Items made to measure or clearly personalized or which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • Products whose packages have been opened or their seals have been removed or non-material products;
  • Services, such as the Cluster Server, after the services have been fully performed, in the event that the performance has begun with your explicit consent and acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. If the services have not been fully performed, and if you have requested that the performance begin within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service contract, you will be charged an amount proportional to the services rendered up to the moment in which you have communicated your intention to cancel the contract.

If the product is damaged, the refund amount may be offset based on the loss in value of the product.

We will reimburse all costs associated with the product or service incurred by you, except those for fast delivery and fast return (if you have not selected standard shipping), Transaction Costs and Currency Exchange, variable depending on the digital payment and transfer service of money selected for your order.

Prices and price reductions / corrections

Gebher reserves the right to change the prices of the products shown on the Store at any time and to correct any price errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price change will not affect orders already accepted by Gebher. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you can decide whether to continue the transaction at the correct price or cancel the order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel an order, return a product or terminate a service contract for any reason, as explained above, if Gebher decreases the price of one of its products within 14 days of the date you received that product, you can contact the Gebher Store number to request a refund or credit for an amount equal to the difference between the price paid and the current sale price. To get the refund or credit you must contact Gebher within 14 calendar days of the price change. Price reductions of limited duration, such as those applied during particular sales occasions, are excluded.

As soon as we have processed and prepared your order for shipment, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted it. Within the email you will also find the details of the shipment ("Shipping notification email"). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Since we want to make sure that the product you requested is available, we will only accept your order when the product is ready for shipment. In most cases, products in stock take less than 24 hours. For products that are not in stock, you will receive an order acceptance email when the product is available and ready for shipment, which in any case will never be made after the deadlines indicated at the time of payment. Shipping and delivery

The Gebher Store offers a standard shipping option and a fast shipping option. Standard shipping is free for all orders over a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for fast shipping, shipping costs apply. Go to http://www.gebher.com/shipping_delivery to find out the rates and shipping costs. Your order will be delivered when all the requested products are available for a single shipment. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be shipped to any address outside of Italy.

Once out of our facilities, the actual delivery of your order can be affected by several factors beyond Gebher's control. Since Gebher takes care of the shipment of the products you have purchased on the Gebher Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product or products is transferred to you from the moment you, or a person indicated by you, have physically taken possession of the product or of products.

Withdrawal at the headquarters

Gebher offers the possibility of collection on site, where you can go to collect many of the items available on the Gebher Online Store. However, some products do not have this take-back option. Purchased items can only be collected by you personally, or by a person delegated by you. For collection you need a photo ID and order number. If you prefer to delegate another person, you will need to provide her name and email address, and she can arrange for collection by presenting her photo ID and order number. Gebher is not responsible for the actions carried out by the delegated person after the withdrawal of the articles. Gebher will send you a notification to let you know that the order is ready and from what date it will be possible to collect it. Export

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You cannot export any product purchased from the Gebher Store to another country or territory, if prohibited by export control laws. If you intend to export a Gebher product to another country or territory, you must first obtain the export licenses (or other government authorizations) required by law.

Availability and limitations on products

Given the request and / or the constraints related to the supply of some products, Gebher may limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us: we try to produce them as soon as possible. Gebher reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after sending an order if Gebher has not yet accepted it.

Payment options

The Gebher Store offers the following payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.

If you pay by credit card, at the time of sending the order we will block a sum equivalent to the total amount of the same on your card. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will notify you so that you can provide us with another payment method. The amount will only be charged once your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card owner by requesting the appropriate documentation.

If you pay by bank transfer, after placing your order we will send you an email to proceed with the payment. Once payment is received, we will send you an order confirmation email notifying you that payment has been received and that your order is being processed. As soon as we have processed and prepared your order for shipment, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted it and including the shipping details.
